The global technology sector is undergoing a profound paradigm shift as a result of the use agentic AI for business. While the initial wave of artificial intelligence centered on basic generative tools—chatbots that could draft text, write code, or generate images—the modern economy is entering a far more powerful frontier. To help Australian founders, SMEs, and corporate leaders navigate this transition, DELFOZ is proud to spotlight an exclusive Digital Leadership Breakfast featuring serial entrepreneur, international business advisor, and DELF founder, Hal Josephson. Hosted by the South West Chamber of Commerce Inc, this morning session will explore how agentic AI for business is moving software from tools we operate to intelligent agents that execute workflows on our behalf.

When DELF (Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum) was first established, its core mission was to examine the disruptive outliers, business models, and pioneers transforming the 21st-century entertainment industry and broader digital economy. Today, creative businesses and enterprise operations alike are driving exponential disruption through autonomous systems. Rather than requiring users to manually fill out forms or navigate complex web pages, agentic systems delegate multi-step chores, make API calls, and operate within complex workflows. As interface models evolve from manual browsers to delegated action, the skill requirement for business leaders goes up, not down. Grounding these developments in practical business growth, Josephson’s session provides regional enterprises with a clear roadmap for adopting AI capabilities without unnecessary operational risk.

This exclusive gathering represents a full-circle moment for the DELFOZ platform. Drawing from decades of advising corporate boards and driving high-impact initiatives parallel to global events like the Sydney and Beijing Olympic Games, Josephson brings an elite, macro-level perspective to South East Queensland. As Queensland builds momentum towards the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, establishing robust digital infrastructure, cross-sector innovation, and strategic AI integration is vital for regional economic development. Attendees will gain actionable insights into international AI trends, platform selection in open data
environments, and techniques to turn emerging technologies into sustainable competitive advantages.
